Virgil Penny, 55, of Cheyenne, WY., passed away on May 11, 2018 in Cheyenne. He was born in Oxford, Nebraska on October 1, 1962. Vigil for the deceased will be Monday May 14th at 6PM at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Funeral Liturgy will be on Tuesday May 15th at St. Mary’s Cathedral at 2PM. Interment will follow at Olivet Cemetery.
