In Loving Memory of Troy Lee Dulaney II
Troy Lee Dulaney II, born on July 1, 1989, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2026, in Cheyenne Wyoming. Troy had a very vibrant personality.
Troy enjoyed spending time with friends and family and creating memories with those he cared about. He will be remembered for the joy he brought to others and the impact he had on everyone who knew him. Troy loved the Buffalo Bills, the Portland Trailblazers, and the Oregon Ducks.
Troy was known for his passionate heart, love of gaming, racing, being a great cook, talented mechanic, and his flair of humor. Troy had a love for rock, metal, and rap music. Troy will be remembered for his passion of drinking Mountain Dew and his daily monster. Troy drew amazing happiness from spending time with his fiancé Jillian and daughter Emmafae, along with his loyal loving puppies Bjorn and Skye. Troy also loved playing with his loving dogs’ Skye and Bjorn.
Troy is survived by his beloved Fiancé Jillian Ponader, Daughter Emmafae Dulaney, Mother Debra Lallak, Step Mom Kathleen Dulaney, along with Sister June Villa (Lallak), Brother-in-law John Villa (Manny), Sister Savannah Dulaney, Step sister Rebecca Finch, Step Brother-in-law John Wesley, Step Brother J.D. Perry, Step Sister-in-law Ashleigh, Nephews; Jacob Figolah (Nolan and Madelynn), Justin L. Bocock (Violet), Jesse Bocock, Mikael Lallak, William (Tanner) Dixon (Laiin), Martin Lallak (Elvira), Thomas Helgeson (Remi), Kenny Lallak, Sam Finch, Daniel Wesley, as well as his Nieces; Chevelle Lallak, Ryklee & Ayla Perry and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Troy is preceded in death by family members; Grandmother Diane Bartlett, Niece Jessica Wesley, Father Troy Lee Dulaney Sr, Aunt Stella Lallak, Uncle Jerry Shupe, and Brother John Lallak.
Troy Dulaney used to tell his daughter, brothers, and sisters that "Lallak's and Dulaney's never give up, no matter what."
A memorial service to honor Troy’s life will be held on July 24th, 2026 at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes, at 10:00 a.m., located at 1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
Troy's memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
