Therese Marie Tidwell (Nelson)

Therese Marie Tidwell (Nelson), “Terri”, 69, of Cheyenne, passed away at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center of a sudden illness on February 23, 2026.

She was born in Denver, Colorado on May 1, 1956 to Leuwella Claire Adkins and Robert Nelson. After graduating from East High School, Terri worked as a waitress and for Union Pacific railroad before becoming a full-time Homemaker when she met and married the love of her life, Phillip, on April 20, 1980.

Terri was preceded in death by mother, Leuwella Adkins, step-father, Richard Adkins, and two brothers, Christopher Nelson and Edward Nelson. She is survived by her loving husband, Phillip Tidwell; sister, Carla Tooley and her husband, Todd; daughter, Patricia Law (Lemaster) and her husband, Bo; granddaughters, Erica Law-Montes and Cheyenne Law; and several nephews, neice, and great grandaughter.

Services will be at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes. Viewing will take place March 4th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and funeral services March 5th at 10:00 am. Interment to take place following interment at Beth El cemetery. Please join the family for a reception at The Gathering Place from 12:00-2:00.
