Terri L. Richards

Terri Lynne Richards, age 70, passed at Cheyenne Regional Medical center on May 12, 2025. 

She was born on October 25,1954, in Fairfax Virginia to Henry A. Phillips and Phyllis J. Hoffman. She worked at different McDonalds locations in Cheyenne for several years before moving to Ohio to become her mother’s caretaker. She loved spending time with her daughter and grandkids and enjoyed sewing, word search, crossword puzzles and gardening. She loved watching the Ohio state buckeyes football games. She was a devoted Christian being a member of the Cheyenne Berean Church, and Word of life church. She was a part of 4-H with her children showing rabbits and chickens while teaching her daughter to sew and bake.

Terri is survived by Alissa A. Richards and Joseph R. Richards, grandsons Anthony M. Richards and Joseph E. Matheson, and granddaughter Malia A. Maldonado. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Henry A. Phillips, Phyllis J. Phillips (Hoffman) and brother Jerry Phillips.
