Sally Helen Toal (Reeder)

Sally Helen Toal (Reeder), age 34, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away May 8th, 2026. Born on July 28, 1991, in Loma Linda, California. Sally spent much of her life in Beaumont, California, and then moved to Rock Hill, South Carolina, where she built lasting friendships and touched the lives of many. Sally was a devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister and (in law), granddaughter, niece, auntie, cousin, and friend to so many. Her greatest joy in life was her son, Thomas Toal, age 8. She is now reunited with her late husband, Richard Toal, whom she loved dearly.

She is survived by her beloved son, Thomas Toal; her parents, Dale Reeder and Renee Spalinger; her siblings, Sarah, Serena, Sara, Ashley, Taylor, brother-in-laws; along with her grandmother & grandfather, aunties, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and many loved ones who will forever cherish her memory.

Graveside services will be held on May 29 at 10:00 a.m. @ 1315 Edgar Ave, Mountain View Cemetery Beaumont, CA 92223. Family, friends, and all who knew and loved Sally and her family are invited to attend. A private gathering for family and close friends will follow at a separate location.
