Robert Niel Scoggin

Bob, who as born in Redmond, Oregon, peacefully passed on November 6, 2025, in Cheyenne, WY.  He was surrounded by his wife, his frisbee loving dog Charlie, and friends after battling pancreatic cancer for nearly 2 years with dignity and grace. He loved this country and served 21 years in the US Navy. He loved laughing, volunteering, refereeing, fishing, hiking, camping, woodwork, family, and friends. He was witty, adventurous, and touched many lives around the world. His motos were “Life is short, live it to the fullest” and “Never let a bad day win”. May he have fair winds and following seas on his final journey home.
