Richard Neil Voorhees

Richard Neil Voorhees, born on September 27, 1932, in Rocky Ford, Colorado, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2026, in Buffalo, Wyoming. He lived a life marked by dedication and service, both in his professional career and his time in the military.

Richard served in the Navy, where he exemplified the values of commitment and integrity that he carried throughout his life. After his time in service, he became an accomplished Accounting Manager at Wycon Chemical, where he made significant contributions to the company and was respected by his colleagues.

His family was of utmost importance to him. Richard is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Brad) Heath, along with one grandson and one great-grandchild, who brought him joy and pride. He is also remembered fondly by many nephews who cherished their uncle's wisdom and kindness.

Richard was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anna Caroline Voorhees (Lawrence), whose memory will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew them.
