Pamela L. Schneider, a cherished soul born on June 30, 1963, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, left this world on January 30, 2026, after a long and valiant struggle with health issues. A registered nurse at CRMC, Pamela dedicated a significant chapter of her life to serving her community, bringing comfort and care to those in need. Her journey through life was marked not only by her professional accomplishments but also by the profound relationships she nurtured and the joy she spread to everyone around her.
Pamela graduated from East High School in 1981, shortly before embarking on the path that would see her shine as a compassionate caregiver. With a steadfast determination, she earned her LPN and RN licenses from Laramie County Community College, achieving her dream of becoming a nurse in 1993—a moment she regarded among her proudest accomplishments.
Love blossomed in the spring of 1980 when Pamela met her husband, Alan Schneider, the partner who would stand by her side through thick and thin. They exchanged vows in the spring of 1981, embarking on a beautiful journey filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Together, they welcomed their daughter Kaitlynn in 1994 and their son Joshuah in 1995, enriching their lives with boundless joy.
Described by all who knew her as uplifting, outgoing, and an excellent listener, Pamela’s vivacious spirit was complemented by her unwavering kindness. She greeted each day with a smile, always extending a helping hand to others. Her love for her cats—Sofia, Kit, Mya, and Pilsbury—was a testament to her nurturing heart, while her whimsical passion for Lego flowers reflected her playful and creative side. Saturdays at home with her loved ones, engaging in dinner and movie time, brought her immeasurable happiness, forging bonds that would last a lifetime.
Pamela's legacy is carried on by her beloved husband, Alan, her devoted children, Kaitlynn and Joshuah, and her cherished grandchildren, Lucian, Renesmee, and the twins, Harold and Hudson. She is also survived by her dear siblings, Cindy (Bill) Reynolds, Nancy Blezek, Thomas Benson Jr., and Tim Benson, who will forever hold her memory close.
Pamela was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Donna Benson, and her brothers, David Benson and Don Benson, whose spirits now reunite with hers in the eternal embrace of love.
