Pamela Elaine Felton

Pamela Elaine Felton (Holman), a cherished mother, educator, and beloved member of the Cheyenne community, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was born on June 9, 1950, in the same vibrant city that she loved and nurtured throughout her life.

Pamela's journey began with a deep commitment to education. After earning her bachelor's degree in teaching, she embraced the joys and challenges of being an instructor. For three fulfilling years, she inspired young minds before taking time off to raise her two daughters, who were the light of her life. When the time was right, and her daughters were ready for school, Pamela returned to her passion for teaching, this time focusing on computer software. Her career flourished as she lent her expertise to esteemed institutions such as the State of Wyoming, Laramie County Community College, Preston University, US West, and the City of Cheyenne. With each lesson imparted, she not only educated but also instilled confidence and a love for learning in her students.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Linsey L Felton and granddaughter Mylee Dawn Kethman.Their everlasting guidance and support shaped her into the remarkable woman she became.

She leaves behind her devoted husband, Jim Felton, a daughter Jamie (Justin) Williams and their children Jayden, Brynlee and Riley Williams of Mesa Arizona. And grandson Kaleb and Dylin Kethman, a brother Scott (Nancy) Holman and many nieces and nephews. Pamela's legacy of kindness, dedication, and the passionate pursuit of knowledge will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her.

As we remember Pamela Elaine Felton, we celebrate a life well-lived—a life filled with love, purpose, and a profound impact on her family and community. Her spirit will forever shine brightly in the memories and stories shared by her loved ones.
