Norma Jean Mordhorst

Norma Jean Mordhorst, 91, of Cheyenne went to heaven to be with her family on August 16.
She was born May 24, 1927 in Burlington, Iowa.
Norma and her husband owned Cheyenne Supply Inc.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed crafting, playing cards and spending time with her family and friends.
Norma is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Dean Straub; two sisters, Dode Gugler and Patricia Roberts; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie P. Mordhorst; parents, Jesse and Daisy Grant; four children, Steven Mordhorst, Barbara Jean Mordhorst, Carol Ann Williams, and Paul Mordhorst and five siblings, Marian Hellenthal, Mildred Foster, Robert Grant, Donald Grant, Jim Grant, Richard “Skippy” Grant.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Interment to follow at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church Building Fund or the Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
