Michael Owen Harshbarger, 74, died August 20, 2014 in Cheyenne.
He was born August 6, 1940 in Bement, Illinois to Ralph and Wilma (Murray) Harshbarger. He moved to Cheyenne in 1970 from Springfield, Illinois. On February 21, 1976 he married Lora Lovelett in Cheyenne. Michael was a member of the Elks Club for several years. He was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Lora; sons Ross Harshbarger and Phillip Harshbarger; daughter Amanda Mitchell; eight grandchildren; and brothers David Harshbarger and Beryl Harshbarger.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens under the direction of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
