Marguerite Elaine Reinsbach
Marguerite was born in Lexington, NE on November 19, 1942, the fifth of eleven children. At the age of 5, the family moved to Cheyenne where her father worked on the military base and her mother worked part-time at a department store. She attended St. Mary's High School, graduating in 1961. Marguerite met Rusty Reinsbach while working as a candy striper at DePaul Hospital, and they married in 1963. She continued to work as a ward clerk at DePaul while Rusty worked for the US Postal Service. Together, they raised five children.
A cancer survivor, Marguerite enjoyed sewing and embroidering clothes and blankets for her grandchildren and Linus blankets for St. Mark's Sew and Sews.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Voylan 'Rusty' Reinsbach, daughter Michaila, sons Mark (Mary) and Scott (Krista), 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Marguerite is also survived by siblings Jerry Atkinson, Glenn Atkinson, and Debbie Franck.
She was preceded in death by her parents William and Elaine Atkinson, sisters Carollea Wentz and Marilyn Williams; brothers Tom, Jack, Roger, Dick and Eugene Atkinson and son Patrick Reinsbach. Followed closely in death by Shawn Leigh Reinsbach (June 7, 1970-July 11, 2026).
