Margie C. Dreiling

Margie Dreiling, 86, passed away on July 8, 2026, surrounded by her closest family, peacefully with a smile on her face. She was born on December 21, 1939. In August of 2025 she met Tommy her great, great, great, great nephew and was absolutely over the moon to hold him as he was a new part to add to her genealogy. Margie was fortunate to see many changes in the world. She saw the first man on the moon, the first space shuttle launch, and many other wonderful events throughout our world.

Margie belonged to the genealogy society. Genealogy not only was her hobby but something about which she was passionate. Margie loved to pass on her knowledge about this and many other things. She will be dearly missed for years to come.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, her father and mother, and her husband James Alfred Dreiling. Margie is survived by her daughter Lily Vallene Dreiling; son James Alan Dreiling; granddaughter Justine Hewitt; and her great-grandson Oenomaus Hanson. Margie is survived by five generations of nieces and nephews.
