Margaret Lois Redman, 100, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2025, at Life Care Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Born on May 7, 1925, in Mills, Wyoming, to Steve and Margaret Sesna, Margaret lived a life guided by unwavering faith in God. She married James Redman on April 7, 1946, in Sheridan, Wyoming. Together they lived in many U.S. cities and traveled the world, building a life rooted in love and faith.
Her faith was the cornerstone of her life. She loved the Lord deeply, served Him faithfully, and shared His love through kindness, encouragement, and hospitality.
Margaret was a devoted mother to Kathy (Averill) Allen of San Diego, California; Mary Milstead of Chicago, Illinois; Jane (David) Seaman of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and Jim (Diane) Redman of Salt Lake City, Utah. She cherished her eleven grandchildren: Jared (Claudine) Allen, Joel (Julie) Allen, Jon (Libby) Allen, Kate (Mike) Vein, Grant (Laura) Milstead, Samantha (Garth) Buresh, Natalie (Jesse) Massie, Tyler (Ashley) Redman, Sam Redman, Emily (Tristan) Brandt, and Benjamin Redman. She was proud of her eleven great-grandchildren: Ryan, Joshua, Bennett, Colton, Will, Grace, Adelyn, Emery, Briar, Ellery, Ezra, Finn, and Josie, and her great-great-grandson, Grayson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James; her parents, Steve and Margaret Sesna; and her sister, Fern Wolfe.
A funeral service will be held on August 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Cheyenne Church of Christ, 4707 Allan Road, followed by a reception at the church and burial in Beth El Cemetery.
Margaret’s legacy of faith, love, and grace will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
