Lorna Mary Bruns

It is with great sadness that the family of Lorna Bruns are announcing her passing. Lorna was 75 and lived in Pine Bluffs, WY. She passed away peacefully on May 12, in her home surrounded by her loving family and friends after battling cancer.

She was born on October 28, 1949, in Portage, WI to Harold Ebert and Margaret Ebert.

Lorna was a beautician from 1968-1973, she then moved to the farm with her husband and continued as a housewife until her death. Some of her favorite things to do were painting wood projects, reading, numerous crafts, watching movies, scrolling Pinterest, planting flowers, and loved horses. She loved all things Disney, especially the villains, loved dinosaurs, and anything related to Halloween and Christmas.

Lorna will be missed by her husband, Terry Bruns; daughter, Tracy (Conrad) Walters; son, Corey (Kaycee) Bruns; grandchildren, Kayla (Steve) Faley, Kylee (Seth) Tangeman, Brayden Walters, Danaye Walters, Kadee Bruns; sister, Diane Garcia; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Lorna was preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Kimball; brother, Larry Ebert; father, Harold Ebert; and mother, Margaret Ebert.

Funeral Services will be May 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Crossroads Community Church in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. A Reception will be held at the Community Center following the burial at Pine Bluffs Cemetery.

In honor of Lorna, please wear a shirt with dinosaurs, horses, Disney, Halloween, or Christmas at the reception. She will be forever loved and truly missed.
