Linda Kaye Fagenbush

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Fagenbush, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, whose life was defined by her unwavering dedication to children and family. Linda passed away in her home in Cheyenne Wyoming on June 2nd, 2026, at the age of 76. She left behind a legacy of love, service and strength that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

For her entire life she devoted herself to the care and support of children. Whether she was driving the wrestling team bus to ensure her boys made it safely to competitions, cheering them on from the sidelines, or working and volunteering countless hours in the school district, she found her joy in helping young people succeed. Her commitment didn't end with her own children either. Through the years she remained actively involved in the lives of her grandchildren, volunteering at their schools, attending all their events, and serving as one of their greatest champions.

Above all else she cherished her family. She shared a beautiful marriage of 57 years with her beloved husband Dewayne. Together they built a life they were proud of. Dedicating their lives to their two sons Dewayne and Chris.

She is survived by her son, Chris, his wife, Leslie, and their sons, Braden and Braxten; as well as her son, Dewayne, his wife, Sheelin, their daughters Makenzee and Irelin, and her great-granddaughters JayLin and Jasper. 

She is preceded in death by her daughter Shellie, husband Dewayne and parents Martha and Rueben.

There will be service to honor Linda on July 9th at 2 p.m. at Cross Bridge Alliance Church, 3501 Forest Dr. All are welcome to join the family in honoring Linda's life.
