Le (Ralph LeMay) Palacios passed away August 6, 2025 of natural causes. Le was born in Anchorage, Alaska on May 21, 1959, but Cheyenne, Wyoming was his home where he spent most of his life.
Le is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Mae Palacios.
Le is survived by many cousins across the country. His boyish giggle and kind spirit will be missed.
Le’s final resting place will be next to his parents at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
