Kenneth Lloyd Sammons, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, formerly of San Antonio, Texas, gained his wings on December 21, 2025, at the age of 46.
Known to many as Ken or Pressure, he was born in San Antonio to Judy Peoples and Lawrence Sammons. Ken graduated high school in 1997 and went on to build a career in sales, where his natural gift for connecting with people truly shined. Though he recently transitioned into construction, his heart always pulled him back toward sales—the place where his charisma, humor, and warmth could brighten anyone’s day.
Ken was a true people person. If you knew him, you loved him. His dreams were as big as his personality: opening a tattoo–barbershop–bar, returning to Texas to start a trucking company, and continuing to create art through drawing and tattooing. He was deeply devoted to the Viking way and proudly wore his Thor’s hammer necklace as a symbol of strength, loyalty, and honor.
Generous to a fault, Ken was the kind of man who would give even when he had little to spare. He will be remembered for his magnetic personality, his protective and giving spirit, his unwavering love for his children, and a smile that could light up any room.
Ken was an incredible man and an even better friend. You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Judy Peoples; his grandfather, Jake Peoples; and his nephews, Nathan and Kayden Sammons.
He is survived by his father, Lawrence Sammons; his children, Andrew O’Connor, Alex Sammons, Analise Sammons, and Maddox Sammons; his granddaughter Evangeline Ana Estremera; his brothers, Patrick, Greg, and Michael Sammons; and his sister, Kathy Sammons.
Cremation will take place Monday January 5, 2026. A celebration of Ken's life will be held on Saturday January 17, 2026 at 11 am at True Life Church 202 West Byrd Blvd. Universal City, TX 78148.
