Karl David Baesler

Karl was born on August 23, 1959, to Harley and Shirley Baesler in Rapid City, SD. He passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026, at Davis Hospice Center with his family by his side.

Karl was a devoted and loving husband, known for his incredible loyalty, great sense of humor, and deep love for his animals. He was also gifted in the art of music, specifically playing guitar. His welcoming arms, smile, and presence will be deeply missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his wife Robyn Sue Baesler; father Harley Baesler; mother Shirley Smaha; brother Ken Baesler; and granddaughter Nicole Mae Smith.

He is survived by his father-in-law Richard Campbell and his wife Lorraine Campbell; brothers Dan Baesler and Walter Baesler; sister Michelle Cross; sons Zach Baesler and Adrian Baesler, wife Laura Baesler; stepdaughter Shauna Perkins and her husband John Perkins; grandchildren Catelin, Thomas, Aiden, Laney, Lance, and Colby.
