John Steven Cochrane

John S. Cochrane, aka Steve, was born on February 23, 1947, in Washington D.C. He spent 25 years in the United States Airforce achieving the rank of Chief Master Sergeant and served his country with integrity and honor. 

After his military career he worked for Wyoming Emergency Management then moved onto the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 8 in Lakewood, Colorado. Steve was also a lifelong Amateur Radio Operator, W7JSC. 

He is survived by his daughter Lisa M. Cochrane and was preceded in death by his beloved wife Shirley L. Cochrane.

No funeral services have been scheduled.  Interment is scheduled for 1:00 pm at Cheyenne National Cemetery for Steve and Shirley.
