Jeffrey "Jeff" Douglas Cullen

Jeffrey "Jeff" Douglas Cullen, born on March 21, 1962, in Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind a legacy of dedication and passion, marked by an esteemed career and a multitude of cherished family moments.

For 18 years, Jeff served with honor at the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, contributing his expertise and commitment to public service. His earlier military service in the United States Air Force, where he distinguished himself for 24 years, culminated in his retirement as a Senior Master Sergeant in 2006. This dedication to his country and community is but one chapter of his life that was underscored by his unwavering work ethic and sense of duty.

An avid outdoorsman, Jeff found joy in the simplicity of nature, often spending time in the mountains fishing, camping, and riding his ATV. These hobbies provided him with a deep connection to the environment and offered precious moments of relaxation and enjoyment with friends and family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Shari Cullen; brother, Mark (Lettica) Cullen; his children, Christina (Alan) Blanton and Eric (Brittany) Cullen; and six adoring grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly. His parents, James D. Cullen and Vanita A. Cullen, have predeceased him.

In celebration of his life, a memorial service will be held on August 9, 2025, at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes, located at 1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, Wyoming, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Following this service, family and friends are invited to continue the celebration at The Gathering Place, located at 1900 East 21st Street.

Jeff Cullen's life was marked by service, love, and adventure. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
