He lived and breathed music, and his deep dedication to the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra was a testament to that love. Through his involvement, Jeff helped enrich the cultural fabric of his community and shared his passion generously with others.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Warren Hickman; his mother, Barbara Hickman; and his brothers, Scott Hickman and Dave Hickman.
He is survived by his sister, Jean Hughley, and his niece, Whitney Harmon, along with many friends and fellow music lovers who will miss him deeply. Jeff will be remembered for his devotion to music, his service to his country, and the quiet impact he made on those fortunate enough to know him.
