Jane Anselma Espinoza, 89 of Cheyenne, entered heaven's gates July 18, 2025, after a long-term health struggle. She passed away peacefully at Cheyenne Regional Hospital surrounded by her two daughters, Esther & Debbie. She was born on October 11, 1935, in Mora, New Mexico to Benjamin and Maclovia Martinez. Jane was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved gardening and collecting antique items and was a very giving and generous person to anyone she met. Jane would jump up to cook the minute someone walked into her home. In her later years, Jane loved to color, do ceramics, play bingo and 21. She was a resident at Lifecare of Cheyenne and had so many friends there. You would walk the hall, and everyone would say “Hi Janie”. Jane loved her children and grandchildren dearly.
She is survived by – Daughters Esther Harnsberger (Arizona), Debbie Richardson (Jerry) of (Highlands Ranch), and Grandchildren Crystal Rischer (FL) Ryan Richardson (Jona) Highlands Ranch, CO Brandy Heron (David) FL. Great grandchildren Ariel Rischer and Avery Richardson. Brothers Benjamin David Martinez and Margarito Martinez, Sisters, Rose Marsh, Ernestine Garcia, Gloria Cassidy, Frances Goodrich. Jane was preceded in death by her husband Corcinio Espinoza, parents (Maclovia and Benjamin) brothers, George Martinez, Alfonso Martinez, Samuel Martinez, Dan Martinez, and sister Margaret Martinez. Jane will be deeply missed by her family.
A Vigil for the Decease will be 4:00 pm on July 31 located at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. The Funeral Liturgy will be 10:00 am August 1 at the Cathedral of St. Mary followed by a gathering for her friends and family with light appetizers to honor Jane's life and memories.
