James "Jim" Goehring

James “Jim” Goehring, 84, of Cheyenne, passed at Davis Hospice Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 5, 1938, in Iowa City, Iowa to Martin and Florence Goehring. Jim, who was an Army Veteran, loved building things, a machinist extraordinaire. He is survived by wife Beverly Goehring (McCaslin), children Mark (Karen) Goehring and Jolinda (Steve) Foster, 7 grandchildren Casey (Kalia), Kinzee, Preston (Shae) Goehring, Cody, Caleb, Kayla, Ryan Foster and 2 great grandchildren Ella and Kolter Goehring, 3 siblings Janenne Peterson, Louis Goehring and Fay Ann Blaylock. Jim was preceded in death by his parents Martin and Florence Goehring. Services will be held August 25, 2022, at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel at 10:00, followed by Interment at Cheyenne National Cemetery at 12:00 and Reception at Kiwanis Center at 1:00.
