Grace Anne Klingler

Grace Anne Gladfelter Klingler was born November 23, 1929 in York, Pennsylvania. She was the second child of six children born to Lida Hoover and Norman Gladfelter.

Grace graduated from York Nursing School in 1951 earning an RN degree. Grace loved caring for others until she retired at age 75 years old.

She relocated to Cheyenne, Wyoming to be near her daughter, Shirley Hitchcock and son-in-law Thomas Hitchcock. They became a traveling trio enjoying many adventures together.

Grace remained an avid learner. Her passion was cooking but also included reading medical journals, collecting, and being with her wonderful friends.

In her journey Grace experienced so many wonderful caregivers. Individuals who went above their daily schedules. They all showered Grace with love, special moments, and support.

A beautiful person who loved people, greeting everyone with a smile, a hi and a wave in the air… pull up a chair!

Grace is survived by many nieces and nephews who reside from Pennsylvania to California.

As per Grace’s wishes, a service will be held at Wiederspahn Radomsky Funeral Home, Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
