Glenna R. Hirsig

Glenna Ruth (Johnson) Hirsig, 86, of Cheyenne, passed at Davis Hospice surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on April 5,1939, Wallace, Idaho.

Glenna lived most of her life at the Hirsig Ranch, in Iron Mountain, Wy. She was co-owner of the Statement, an upscale women's clothing store in the Hitching Post. She also worked for Wyoming Legislature, member of WHEELS, Civic League, Cowbelles, and Wyoming Stockgrowers. She was the 2018 Cowgirls of the West Honoree.

She is survived by her children, Debby Hirsig (Carl Moody) and Tom (Debbie) Hirsig; and grandchildren, JT, Jordan, Justene

Glenna was preceded in death by her mother, Alma Sally David; husband, Buddy Hirsig; and daughter, Sandy.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in The Cheyenne Frontier Events.
