Eric Ridley

Eric L. Ridley, age 76, passed away on May 15, 2025, surrounded by family and love.

Born on December 3, 1948, Eric lived a full and purposeful life. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah; his son, Michael, and as a step-in father to Demia (Will) and Jordan (Megan). He also leaves behind five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many extended family members who cherished him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Elizabeth, and his brothers, Don and Dennis.

A proud rancher and avid hunter, Eric spent his life working the land he loved. He also served his community as a school bus driver and was a longtime volunteer with Cheyenne Frontier Days – a role he held with great pride and dedication.

Eric’s legacy lives on in the values he passed down, the stories he shared, and the example he set through work, humility, and kindness.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Davis Hospice Center in Eric’s memory.
