Edward Glantz, a loving and wise soul whose life touched all who knew him, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Born on March 22, 1958, in Loveland, Colorado, Edward’s journey was marked by devotion to family, dedication to service, and a profound warmth that endeared him to friends and loved ones alike.
Edward's commitment to his country was exemplified through his service with the Army National Guard, a testament to his steadfast sense of duty and patriotism. This formative chapter in his life reflected the strength of character and resilience that he carried throughout his years.
A family man at heart, Edward held his relationships close with unwavering affection. He found immense joy and pride in his grandchildren—Elise, Eddie, Ellieanna, Natalya, Ezequiel, and Emiliano—whom he loved deeply and cherished dearly. His loving nature was a cornerstone of his legacy, and his role as a grandfather stood as one of his proudest accomplishments.
Edward is survived by his brother David Glantz, sister Carol Fowler, who shared in the bonds of childhood and lifelong memories. Nephews Mike Kanter, Wayne Kanter, David Glantz II, Zebadiah Glantz, Nieces Staci Schultz, Kiera Schultz and Dawn Piersall and many great nieces and nephews. Others who were in Ed's life were Kathryn Delaplaine. His family circle also included his stepdaughter, Chelsea (Glenn) Carbajal, with whom he shared countless meaningful moments.
He is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Ramona (Conroy) Glantz. Nephews Kevin Glantz, Keith Schultz, and sister Mary Piersall.
Throughout his life, Edward exemplified the virtues of wisdom and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know him. His memory will forever be treasured by his family and friends, who carry forward his spirit through their love and remembrance.
