Donald L. Steeley, 88, of Cheyenne went home to Heaven, 10/19/2019. Born 09/06/1931 to Henry & Mary Steeley of Fort Collins, Don led a full life. Korean War Veteran, 40-year Master Mechanic, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and loyal friend. He loved horses, drawing, birds, woodworking and most of all family. He was a true cowboy.
His is survived by his wife of 53 years Delores; children Vickie, Randy (Madeline), Bruce (Alex); grandchildren Ali, Shayne, Shannon, Justin, Heather and Laura; six great grandchildren; siblings MaryAnn and Wilbur.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Edna, Irene, Elsie, Dwaine, LeRoy and Harold.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 1:00 pm at VFW Post 1881 at 2816 E. 7th St in Cheyenne.
In lieu of flowers, make donations to Wounded Warriors Project in his honor.
