It is with deep respect that we announce the passing of Donald Jack Debowey, who departed this world on December 26, 2025, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Born on July 29, 1935, in Bismarck, North Dakota, Donald lived a life marked by dedication and love for his family and community.

Donald’s journey through life was one of steadfast loyalty and kindness. Known for his gentle spirit and warm heart, he made a lasting impact on those around him. He cultivated friendships that spanned decades and shared moments with loved ones that will be cherished forever.

A devoted member of his community, Donald took pride in participating in various local events and initiatives. His love for his community was evident in everything he did, from lending a helping hand to friends and neighbors to ensuring that everyone felt welcome and appreciated.

In honoring Donald’s legacy, family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Cheyenne, Wyoming. A viewing will take place on January 3, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at the same location starting at 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM. The day will conclude with a burial service in Kimball, Nebraska, beginning at 11:30 AM and lasting until 12:00 PM.
