Craig Alan McCune

Craig Alan McCune, 72, passed away from ALS at Davis Hospice, on November 20, 2025. He was born on October 22, 1953, in Omaha, NE to Jerry and Gertrude Hobbs McCune. The family moved to Cheyenne when he was a young boy.

His main jobs in life was working at “Tom the Tireman”, and then as a locomotive engineer with Union Pacific Railroad. He was the Wyoming Libertarian Congressional candidate in 1988.

He designed and built his dream dome home, with the help of friends, west of Cheyenne in 1984. At Craig’s request, no services have been scheduled.
