Cleleen R. Belleville

Cleleen (Kelli) Belleville, 73, of Cheyenne, WY, passed away after a brief illness on February 13, 2025. She was born January 11, 1952 in Kansas City, KS. She will be forever loved and remembered. 

 She lived the last several years of her life in a loving relationship with her significant other, Edward Ferguson. She is survived by her children, Kelli (Kelly) Howie of Rapid City, SD; Jaleen (Jeff) Baumgart of Lakeland, FL; and John (Susie) Parks of Sioux Falls, SD; as well as 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. 

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Clel and Florence Lyons, and husband, Robert Belleville.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Moose Lodge in Cheyenne.
