Listen to Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Willoughby, who left this world peacefully on August 20, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer at the Davis Hospice Center. Born on March 4, 1958, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Barb was a beloved daughter to John and Alice Taylor, both of whom predeceased her.

Barb was a whimsical and fun-loving force of nature. Her presence had a magical way of making everyone around her feel comfortable and included. She loved her family fiercely and was cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Barb's laughter and kindness will be dearly missed by her devoted husband, Randy Willoughby, her brother Robert (Erin) Taylor, niece Anna (Sean) Grandy, nephew Sam Taylor, daughter Ashley (Tyler) Cessor, along with many cousins and a precious granddaughter, Mckenzie.

On September 9, 1999, Barb and Randy vowed to spend their lives together, embarking on a journey of love and companionship that spanned decades. Their marriage was a testament to enduring love and mutual respect, bringing joy to all who witnessed their union.

Barb's professional life was dedicated to the banking industry, where she was admired for her work ethic and commitment. Outside the office, Barb was an avid reader and found immense joy in photography and traveling. Her lens captured the beauty of the world, and her adventurous spirit took her to places far and wide, always eager to explore new horizons.

Barbara Jean Willoughby will forever remain in our hearts, and her spirit will continue to inspire us all to live fully and love deeply. Services will be announced at a later date.
