Barbara Ann West

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Ann West aged 92, from Cheyenne WY on June 30th 2025.

Barbara leaves behind her daughter Debra E. Laughlin and Al Laughlin, her grandchildren Hesten & Regan Story of Gillette WY, Krashanda & Will Burk of Colorado Springs CO, Jason Crocket of Murfreesboro TN, 6 great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her Husband of 76 years Robert J West, her son Robert Lee West, her mother and stepfather, Daisy and Floyd Stockmeyer, her father Hershel Brown, and 3 siblings.

Barbara was born on February 28, 1933 in Cheyenne Wyoming. Barbara married Robert (Bob) in 1949. Barbara and Bob traveled to 49 states as well as Mexico and Canada in their RV. Throughout their years together they took their family camping, boating, snowmobiling, and 4 wheeling. Barbara loved to listen to music, you could usually find her at home with the stereo on and volume up. Family and friends were most important to Barbara. She loved to socialize, host barbecues and parties and spend time with her family and friends. She loved to fish. Barbara took great pride in her family, home and herself. She will be greatly missed and forever cherished.

Visitation will be Thursday from 11-4:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky. Services will be at Wiederspahn Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes, Friday, July 11, at 2:00 p.m.
