Ardis E. Little, 90, of Cheyenne, died Friday, February 2nd at home, surrounded by family.
She was born November 1, 1927 in Bushnell, Nebraska, a daughter of Earl and Myrtle (Christensen) Smith. Ardis married William Little on November 26, 1948. Mr. Little died May 8, 2007.
Ardis enjoyed fishing, painting; gardening; cooking and especially loved spending time with family.
Survivors include two daughters, Vickie “Jim” Webster of Cheyenne; Sandra “Dave” Hall of Mesa, Arizona; a son, William “Aleta” Little Jr., of Cheyenne; and two siblings, Linda Chaput of Eloy, Arizona; and Marsden Smith of Cheyenne; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents and siblings, Donna Petersen; Naomi “Corky” Clapp and Albert “Butch” Smith.
Services will be Thursday, at 2:00 pm at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Interment will follow at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm; Wednesday from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm and Thursday morning.
