Susan Rosella Martinez, left this world on 1/23/21 in Cheyenne, WY. She was born on 6/25/45 to Joseph and Rachel (Vigil) Salazar and was the sixth of eight children. Susan was raised and educated in Wheatland. She had worked in nearly every restaurant as a cook in Wheatland and loved to play Bingo and she also enjoyed camping and fishing. Susan was a lifetime resident of Wheatland and was known by many people in her community. She was preceded in death by two of her children, Delilah Trujillo and Michael Trujillo; both parents, Joseph and Rachel (Vigil) Salazar; her brother, Raymond Salazar; and her sisters, Julia Casteneda, Viola Lemus, and Annie Ortega. Susan is survived by her two sons, Danny Trujillo and Frank Trujillo, both of Cheyenne; two brothers, Abel Salazar of Phoenix, AZ and David Salazar of Firestone, CO; her sister, Esther Nava of Wheatland; ten grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Burial will take place at a later date in the Wheatland Cemetery.
