Donna Navarrete, 59, of Cheyenne, passed at Davis Hospice Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 26, 1963, Trinidad Colorado to Gilbert and Marie Mora. Donna Navarrete was – A loving woman and devoted mother. She was the mom of the block. Always baking and cooking for the kids that hung out with hers or came to visit. She loved helping others and always did. She was a kind soul. She worked at Autozone. She enjoyed baking cakes for birthdays, wedding, and quinceañeras. She loved to crochet and was an amazing cook. She is survived by her daughter, Raquel Navarrete; sons, Arturo and Antonio Navarrete; sisters, Della, Jeanie, and Yvone Mora; brothers, Anthony and Amos Mora. Donna Navarrete was preceded in death by her grandma and grandpa, Adelita and Tonio Mora; mom, Marie L. Mora; her other half, Manuel Navarrete. Visitation will be Thursday May 5, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel Rosary will be at 6:00 p.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 603 House Ave Cheyenne, WY 82001. Mass will also be in St. Joseph's Friday May 6, 2022, at 11:30 am with burial following at Olivet cemetery on Pershing Blvd. There will be a potluck reception following at St. Joseph's for family and friends to gather.
